Research privacy policy
This page explains how NexaRemit would handle feedback, interviews, surveys, usability tests, prototype reviews, and other product research activities.
Research participation should be voluntary and separate from account eligibility, transfer pricing, limit decisions, or access to payment services.
Research may include survey responses, interview notes, usability observations, prototype clicks, screen recordings, audio recordings, and product feedback with consent.
Participants should avoid sharing unnecessary bank details, government identifiers, passwords, or private recipient information during research sessions.
Research findings may improve quote clarity, currency selection, accessibility, onboarding, order tracking, trust messaging, and support workflows.
If a session is recorded, participants should be told what is recorded, who can access it, how long it will be kept, and how they can withdraw consent where applicable.
Research summaries may be shared with product, design, engineering, compliance, and support teams to improve the service.
Research records should be retained only as long as needed for product learning, audit, or consent management, then deleted or anonymized where practical.
